Italian channels issues and development

I was thinking the same, so that everyone can install the downloaded zip and install it directly, but let's not abandon this thread or forum, as I still find it useful and 90% of the job was done here actually.

But also I suggest to remove non-italian content, as during development I found confusing having so many files in /channels folder.

Well, I'm not in the position to insist and sorry for being verbose, but the idea of a single repo sounds really nice:

• we can fork the pelisalacarta unofficial repo as suggested by dentaku65;
• (ideally) pull request our changes so to have the add-on in sync with Italian channels and have a more coordinated effort;
• (if they do not pull) we can still keep our own add-on release, pulling and regularly merging newer versions, keeping Italian channels working;
• we can create a stable and a dev branch, so users can download the stable version of the add-on safely (zip version to be installed), while we prepare new releases in the dev branch.

Btw, the forum is a great place to get comments from everyone and another communication channel, so it could exist for more general discussions and so on...

I agree with dentaku.
Issues on github are fine, but a person must have an account in order to submit an issue.
Someone might not report a problem if he has to create an account for this.
The forum must remain a main channel for reporting problems.
Developers can later insert the issues reading problems from the forum.

Kalika ideas are good to start.

Speaking of developing,

is anybody available to explain me how server files work? I need an exashare server for animesubita.info and other anime sites, plus someone of good heart should explain to me how that site links to the videos... it looks like the same way guardaserie does it.
Furthermore, I have noticed that cb01.eu uses some flashx named server for hd streams.

I am afraid I abused robalo's patience enough , so if someone could take a look at these matters it would be great .

Animesubita is in development, I have not uploaded the channel yet.

Check a page ago in this thread to find a post of mine with the code of animesubita. I cannot extract videos from there yet.

Hi,
I have committed only animesubita.py without adding it into channelselector.py.
In this channel there are videos that are embedded in google docs: I don't know how to play from kodi.
Other videos are playable.
