I think the most of the job has been done with the channels, guess we can say
almost all of the italian streaming content available on the web has been ported to pelisalacarta

Now it's more about fixes and maintainance,
so keep up the good work guys!

Regarding development ideas,
I wonder if it would be
possible to port to pelisalacarta cruncyroll and vvvvid.it helping us with already existent add-ons. Cruncyroll addon only works with
premium accounts, but if we could emulate
firefox all the italian contents should
be available without even an account,
Vvvvid.it add on developer F. Dicarlo told me he might not be updating it because of his lack of time,
but he explained the way it works and it's "just" a matter of fixing some servers for series like "shingeki no kyojin" or "fullmetal alchemist".

Plus, I'd like you to check this "plus" for live sports

I tried installing it and it's not that complicated really, I know there are already sportsdevil and p2pstreams addons, but a lower resolution streaming patch like this would be useful for mobile devices or low end gpu's.

Guys,

channels italiafilm.py, filmpertutti.py and filmsenzalimiti.py self-update themselves if you don't disable auto-updates in configuration.

Can't we exploit that to self-update our custom channels?

That is basically because at the moment
none edited servers for download purposes yet.

As you can download the movies from the same
source you can stream them, just by selecting the download option choosing the stream,
there is no reason IMO to edit servers only for downloads.

Anyways, if you go check by browser the download links on cb01 for that movie in your example, you can find out yourself that one
host is offline, another asks for captcha etcetera; sometimes "download hd" redirects to an external forum.

Speaking of wich, I am editing the channels on repos in order to remove the [/color] codes from movie titles as this is a problem for download option and kore remote movie title display.

1x01.. 1x02... 1x03... etc delle serie tv per:

cineblog01.fm (sito in cui ormai restano solo quelle, hanno rimosso i link ai film)

filmstream.pw (che ti faccio notare ha adottato un "selector" in testa al video delle serie tv per scegliere stagione ed episodio)

FlashX non va, ho testato un po' di link funzionanti in firefox,
la dinamica dell'errore è sempre la stessa. Ti riporto un esempio:

ma poi mi manda alla pagina corretta.

Inoltre nel canale di casa-cinema.net per i film viene fuori (inutilizzabile) il link flashx
quando il player contiene quello per speedvideo

I link Openload sul sito cb01.eu sembrano essere tutti morti.
Comunque testando la tua ultima versione di questo server,
i link non vanno in generale. Ti riporto un esempio,

(canale "animesubita") con l'ultima versione non va, mentre
funziona perfettamente con la versione precedente del server
(nota che in kodi per pagine come questa abbiamo solo i server openload e videomega)

il server vidto.me (vidtome.py) perde colpi, gli daresti un'occhiata?
è usato soprattutto dal canale per l'incasinatissimo sito serietvsubita.net
(il webmaster deve aver problemi con gli alcoolici)

noterai che il canale serietvsubita (o servertools?) "non ne vede" il link.

itastreaming.co (canale itastreaming.py) su kodi 15 android 4.4.2 non si avvia
restituendo un errore appena lo si seleziona, mentre
su pc windows 7 non trova i link agli streaming che non siano googlevideo,
restituendo pagina vuota come per il recente "mission impossible - rogue nation".

E' una banalità e non c'entrerà niente, ma non capisco che c'entrano i .jpg ...
da browser pare che effettuino un controllo degli header prima di rilasciare l'immagine.

il canale per streamblog.tv non vede alcuni link, ad esempio

EDIT: Looks like my ISP periodically checks and changes my router's DNS (that I have to change them every time via telnet)
so openload server access and other issues might be just because of that.

About Flashx, it was added at the last official release of Pelisalacarta.

about the auto-update, in the core folder there is a file called updater.py.

in this file you can change or add some line to link your github.

the update system is very easy, they put a file XML with the same name of the channel and a tag that is equivalent at the version.
you can use an higher number for this tag to avoid the update from the main server.

I'll try to take a look...

After being pretty busy with work this last months, i have been slowly getting back to normal again.

I have been reading this big thread (at least the posts in english), and i have to say i am impressed with the activity of italian developers and users

Sorry for not being following more closely all the development, i always tried to keep the italian channels updated and i want to help all of you with this as far as i can.

I however don't want to interfere, as everyone is free to make branches of pelisalacarta and do their own projects, so here is what i have think:

1) We should make a new section in forum for italian users, so everything can be on its own thread and not all on a big single thread. I will be glad to also name some moderators, as my italian speaking is poor.
2) It will be great to add these new channels and servers to the main pelisalacarta, so everyone can benefit. We are going to start using Github so this should be easy.
3) I am thinking in a a new system for replacing the current channelselector.py, so users can add and remove channels that use different auto-update urls. My idea is that everyone can build and distribute his own channels, and users can easily add them to pelisalacarta using a simple URL in github or similar, without that channels being on the main distribution. Maybe this is interesting in this case.

Please tell me what you think, and ask or make any suggestions you want. I will be available on MP if someone prefers that way.
